Project purpose and development, clients.
Lusis payment develops it’s monetic solutions since more than 20 years. Main purpose of monetics or e-banking is to ensure the transaction between POS (point of sale: payment terminal or ATM) and Bank.
Lusis proposes server that deals with the transaction from POS to bank: carrying out two principal points: financial count parameters verification and fraud control.
The main clients are naturally all the french and international banks. In the case of Lusis concerned such the Banks as Credit Agricole, Bank of America, HSBC, etc…
Technical realization of project.
The first verification is ensured with GPX motor and Access Control that controls the maximum volume of authorized transaction (per day, per week and per month, f.e.).
The second verification is ensured by anti-Fraud module, that controls the possible fraud cases (could be up to 100 for the Bank in question).

My participation in project and planning.
My role of project manager is consisted in following actions (began in 2019):
- Negotiations with client: what, how and when he wants to implement (features, functionalities, modifications), asking some additional questions to understand their motivation
- Composing the first specification
- Negotiations with developers team with purpose to understand the feasibility, rapidity of implementation and to listen some counteroffer
- The second round of negotiations with client taking into account the technical feasibility, making the agreement of what and how to implement the desired features
- Final specification and giving the requirements to developers
- Testing the developers solution, integration it and delivery to client
- Following different developments, debugging and testing, reporting to client
